Complete shutdown in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir

Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control, in Pakistan and the world over are observing today, the 5th August, as Youm-e-Istehsal, to denounce Modi fascist government’s illegal, immoral and unconstitutional step on this day, last year, to repeal the special status of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The day is being marked by complete shutdown in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to protest against continued military siege and Modi regime’s nefarious plans to change the demographic composition of the territory. Call for the strike has been given by the veteran Hurriyat leader, Syed Ali Gilani, and supported by almost all pro-freedom leaders and organizations. All shops, markets and business establishments across the occupied territory are shut while public transport is off the road.
Meanwhile, the authorities continue to impose curfew and other restrictions in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir to prevent people from holding anti-India protests and other pro-freedom programmes, today. All main roads have been sealed with barbed wires to restrict the public movement. Announcements were made on loudspeakers asking people to stay indoors.
On the other hand, Kashmiris living abroad would hold demonstrations outside Indian embassies in all major capitals of the world and forcefully record their protest against the Indian actions.
