Lahore, 25th March: According to the reports of Baaghi TV, the number of coronavirus patients in Pakistan has increased to 1000.
According to the National Command and Control Center, there are 296 patients in Punjab, 413 in Sindh, 115 in Balochistan, 78 in KP, one in Azad Kashmir, 81 in Gilgit-Baltistan, and 16 in Islamabad.
There have been seven deaths in Pakistan so far from the coronavirus, out of which 3 have occurred in KP and one each in Balochistan, Sindh, Gilgit, and Punjab.
In the last 24 hours, 28 cases of coronavirus have been reported, the number of patients recovered is 19 while 5 patients are in critical condition.
It is to be noted that today is the second day of lockdown across Punjab to prevent the spread of the virus.
COVID-19: 14 days lockdown in Punjab
Bazaar, shopping malls, restaurants, private and public offices will be closed in all cities of Punjab. Lockdown began in the province at 9 am yesterday, during which transport between the inner city and out of the city is prohibited. Social, religious and other gatherings are also banned.
