Corona virus continues to spread across Pakistan, increase in patients

According to the report of Baaghi TV, the second wave of Corona virus continues in Pakistan. There is a steady increase in patients and deaths.

According to the NCOC, there have been 41 deaths from corona in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, while 2,408 new cases have been reported. The total number of deaths due to corona in Pakistan has reached 10,717. Meanwhile, the total number of patients has reached 5 lakh 6 thousand 701.

According to the NCOC, 461,977 people have recovered in the country and the number of active patients is more than 34,000. The number of Corona cases in Islamabad is 39,340, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 61,648, Sindh 227,835, Punjab 146,016, Balochistan 18,429, Azad Kashmir 8,501 and Gilgit-Baltistan 4,882 people have been affected by Corona.

The highest number of deaths due to corona is in Punjab, where 4,299 people have lost their lives. Meanwhile, 3,708 people have lost their lives in Sindh, 1,743 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 443 in Islamabad, 101 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 188 in Balochistan and 235 in Azad Kashmir.

According to the NCOC, the first 50,000 cases occurred in 86 days and the last 50,000 cases in just 22 days. The first case of Corona in Pakistan came to light on February 26, while the first death from Corona was reported on March 18.

According to the National Command and Operations Center, the rate of corona positive cases nationwide has risen to 5.92%. In Karachi, the rate of corona positive cases is higher at 13.84%. Hyderabad has 8.79%, Swat 7.89%, Azad Jammu and Kashmir 2.14%, Balochistan 4.95%, Islamabad 3.98%, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5.87%, Punjab 4.44% and Sindh 8.40% positive cases.
