New Delhi: Corona virus has been detected in lions at an Indian zoo.
According to the Times of India, eight of the 12 lions in Haider’s Nehru Zoological Park have died. According to the report, the zoo’s management tested the lions against issued covid-19 when they showed signs of loss of appetite and cough.
The report said that out of a total of 12 males and four females kept in the 40-acre safari park, their corona test is positive positive. Nehru Zoological Park Director Sudhanand Kakriti declined to confirm or deny the report. He claimed that he has not yet received the report of the PRC.
