Coronavirus: Showbiz industry advocates awareness against COVID-19

As the number of reported cases rise across the globe, so have the number of influential voices hoping to raise awareness and advocate necessary precautions to combat the spread of the novel Coronavirus. 

According to reports of Baaghi TV, the virus which initially had its outbreak in China’s Hubei province in late 2019 was declared to be a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March of 2020.

Many famous celebrities, political leaders and other influential people have so far been infected by COVID-19, yet the global entertainment community continues to raise their voices in hopes of advocating authentic health precautions and important guidelines as issued by WHO.

While some of them are more active in their efforts such as by donating basic necessities including food rations, and/or working to provide the required medical gear such as hazmat suits and face masks et cetera. Others have been using their social media handles to share the significance of washing ones hands and maintaining proper cleanliness to even highlighting the significance of social distancing.
