COVID-19: 8 doctors of the same hospital infected
Karachi, 1st May: With the pandemic wreaking havoc across Pakistan, not only common people are being affected but our front line doctors and nurses are also infected with the deadly disease. According to the report of Baaghi TV, 8 doctors at Indus Hospital in Karachi have been diagnosed with COVID-19. According to the Indus Hospital management, these doctors were performing their duties during the coronavirus emergency. Six doctors were rushed to the emergency room and two to the corona ward. All affected doctors have been asked to stay at home in quarantine. Despite the shortage of 8 doctors, emergency operations have been resumed and patients are being treated.
