COVID-19: Another officer of the Army passes away

Another officer of the Pakistan Army, Colonel Irfan-ul-Haq, looses life after contracting the novel virus.
According to reports, Lieutenant Colonel Irfan-ul-Haq, was reportedly under treatment for COVID-19 at the Military Hospital in Rawalpindi. His family including, wife and kids, have also tested positive for the virus and are currently in quarantine.
COVID-19: Number of active cases crosses 22,000 in Pakistan
This is the second case where an officer of the Army having contracted the virus has passed away in the last 24 hours. Earlier, the death of Major Asghar was reported by Baaghi TV. Major Asghar was also reportedly under treatment for COVID-19 but, could not be saved and succumbed to the virus. May Allah grant them a place in His mercy, ameen.
General Bajwa in talks with Irani Chief: ISPR
The officers and the youth of Pakistan work tirelessly to protect the public against Corona virus across the country and on different fronts. According to ISPR, Major Muhammad Asghar was on duty at the Afghan border at Torkham, screening people who crossed the border, when he contracted the virus and was shifted to CMH Peshawar for treatment.
The Pakistan Army paid tribute to this Major of the Pakistan Army and appreciated his services to the nation and the country.
