COVID-19: Cancer Foundation Hospital to test for Coronavirus

Mr Maqsood Ansari, Founder of Cancer Foundation Hospital and MD Argus Advertising is starting testing of Coronavirus at Cancer Foundation Hospital in Karachi.

Mr Maqsood Ansari, Founder of Cancer Foundation Hospital is starting testing of Coronavirus at Cancer Foundation Hospital in Karachi. This will be provided at cost to common public and free of cost to deserving patients.

They are sourcing equipment from China which will be costing 26,000 USD (15,000 for PCR machine and 11,000 USD for cycled). They also require local equipment worth Rs 2.5 million to make this operational.

This lab will have a throughout of 500 tests per day. Site is ready. Equipment can be sourced fairly quickly from China on urgent basis.
