ISLAMABAD: Eight more people have died in Pakistan from the global Covid-19, in the last 24 hours with more than 57,000 tests conducted.  According to the National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), 57,669 corona tests were conducted across the country in the last 24 hours and another 5,472 corona cases were confirmed. According to the NCOC, in the last 24 hours, the total number of corona cases in the country has risen to 1,338,993 while the total number of deaths has risen to 29,037 and the positive case rate has been 9.48 percent. So far, the highest number of deaths due to Corona has occurred in Punjab where 13,091 people have lost their lives.
