In Pakistan, 2,463 new cases of corona virus have been reported and the total number of infected people has reached 482,178. In Pakistan, 437,229 Corona patients have recovered and 34,773 are undergoing treatment. The condition of 2,206 Corona patients across the country is critical.

According to the NCOC, the highest number of deaths due to corona was in Punjab, where 4,042 people lost their lives. Meanwhile, 3,560 people have lost their lives in Sindh, 1,649 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 419 in Islamabad, 101 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 183 in Balochistan and 222 in Azad Kashmir.

According to the National Command and Operations Center, the rate of corona positive cases nationwide has risen to 5.92%. The coronary positive case rate in Karachi is higher at 13.84%. Hyderabad has 8.79 per cent, Swat 7.89, Azad Jammu and Kashmir 2.14, Balochistan 4.95, Islamabad 3.98, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5.87, Punjab 4.44 and Sindh 8.40 per cent positive cases.
