Another Provincial Minister, PTI leader, diagnosed with coronavirus, confirm reports.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, the coronavirus is spreading in Pakistan with each day. Dr. Amjad Ali, the provincial minister for housing of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan has reportedly also fallen victim to novel virus.

Dr. Amjad Ali said that he continued to visit quarantine centers and hospitals during the lockdown amid coronavirus fear. He added that he felt fever and cough symptoms due to which he got himself tested for COVID-19, the results of which are reported as positive. “After which I have quarantined myself.”

The provincial minister appealed to the people to pray for him and others suffering from the virus.

Earlier, Kamran Bangash, a local government adviser to Chief Minister KP Mehmood Khan, had also contracted the coronavirus. Earlier in the day, Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh, Rashid Rabbani, tested positive for coronavirus. After being diagnosed with coronavirus, Rashid Rabbani, has quarantined himself at home.

Earlier, Sindh Education Minister, Saeed Ghani, was also diagnosed with coronavirus. He has reportedly recovered. Sindh Governor, Imran Ismail, also fell victim to COVID-19. He is also in quarantine. Jamaat-e-Islami Sindh Assembly member, Abdul Rashid, also become a victim of the novel virus along with other individuals.

Prior to this, Sindh Chief Minister’s brother-in-law, also lost the battle to live due to coronavirus. Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, has also become a victim of COVID-19. Including, a member of the PPP’s minority seat in Sindh, who has been diagnosed with the coronavirus.

In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Tharparkar, Dr. Shehzad Tahir Tahim, while confirming, said that the report of Rana Hamir Singh, a PPP member elected from Tharparkar for a special seat in the Sindh Assembly, has also been tested positive. In his report, he has been diagnosed with coronavirus.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MPA, Abdul Salam Afridi, was also diagnosed with the virus albeit, he has recovered. JUI MPA has also been diagnosed with COVID-19.
