Covid-19: Saudia Arabia records more than 4000 new cases

Wednesday, July 1st: The number of daily cases of coronavirus has risen again in Saudi Arabia after a one-week hiatus, and on Tuesday the Ministry of Health announced the diagnosis of 4,387 new cases of Covid-19. Already 50 people have died from the disease.
According to the Ministry of Health, the number of deaths due to coronavirus in the country has now reached 1,649 and the number of patients suffering from this epidemic has reached 1,90,823.
Health Ministry spokesman Dr Muhammad Al-Abdul-Ali has reiterated that the main reason for the increase in coronavirus cases is people’s lack of safety precautions and they are not particularly adhering to social distance regulations.
He urged citizens to take precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, to maintain social distance and to wear masks at all times to prevent the spread of the deadly virus.
The spokesman said that in the last 24 hours, the city of Al-Hofuf has recorded the highest number of 980 cases of Covid-19. In the capital, Riyadh, 342 new cases have been diagnosed, in Albuquerque 323 and in Dammam 308 new cases have been diagnosed. The remaining cases have been recorded in other cities and provinces of Saudi Arabia.
