Deepika Padukone wept during the Drug Probe Case

Mumbai, 27th September: Bollywood actresses Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan were questioned at the NCB office in Mumbai yesterday in connection with the drug probe into the death of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
BaaghiTV: Numerous Indian artists are currently in trouble in the Bollywood drug case who are being called in for questioning by the investigating agencies in the drug case.
Deepika Padukone appeared for questioning by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) yesterday.
According to the report of Indian website Pinkvilla, NCB sources said that Deepika Padukone was interrogated for 6 hours during which actress Deepika Padukone was asked tough questions which made her cry thrice.
During the interrogation, Deepika also confessed to her manager Karishma Prakash’s WhatsApp chat about drugs, while Deepika denied all allegations of drug use.
Authorities also seized the mobile phones of Deepika Padukone and Sara Ali Khan. According to media reports, NCB officials said that these phones will be sent for forensics.
It is to be noted that Deepika Padukone and her manager Karishma Prakash’s conversation about drugs on WhatsApp in 2017 went viral on social media where the actress was heard asking for drugs from her manager.
It was only after Deepika’s chat went viral that the Narcotics Control Bureau of India issued summons to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh.
