Deepika Padukone and Sara Ali Khan reach Mumbai for NCB probe

Mumbai, 24th September: Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and Sara Ali Khan have left Goa to reach Mumbai for their probe by NCB.

According to reports from Gulf News, Deepika Padukone and Sara Ali Khan, who have been summoned by the Indian Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) to inquire the narcotics angle connected with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, have left Goa for Mumbai separately.

Padukone was in Goa to shoot for an upcoming film along with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Pandey.  She will be travelling to Mumbai in a special chartered flight. Sources have informed that before leaving for Mumbai, Padukone also met members from her legal team at the resort.

NCB has called Deepika for probe after the alleged Whatsapp chat between the actress and her manager Karishma Prakash surfaced where the duo was reportedly discussing banned substances.

Deepika Padukone will officially appear before NCB officials on Friday.

Actress Sara Ali Khan was holidaying in Goa when NCB issued her summons. She will Goa today, and will appear before NCB along with the actress Shraddha Kapoor on Saturday.

All will be questioned regarding the drug angle in the mysterious suicidal case of the late actor Sushant Singh’s case.
