Delicious Eid-ul-Adha Mutton Tikkas

Eid is being celebrated the world over, including Pakistan, thanks to which the aroma of mutton and beef dishes is spread across the table of every house. 

So today we have for you a delicious Mutton Tikka recipe, which is also good for those on a diet, or the weight-conscious, who cannot consume many carbs.

Ingredients for Mutton Tikka:

  1. Goat meat, preferably a 2 kg piece
  2. Chopped red pepper, 2 tablespoons
  3. Roasted white cumin, 2 tablespoons
  4. Black pepper powder, 2 tablespoons
  5. Raw papaya, 2 teaspoons, crushed, with peels
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Lemons, 8 pieces
  8. Cooking oil, 8 tablespoons

Method:

  • Apply all the spices on the meat well.
  • Lather the lemon juice onto it, then keep the meat marinating for 2 hours
  • Burn charcoal on your stove
  • Skewer 3 to 4 pieces of the meat on your skewer and cook for a little bit.
  • Apply cooking oil and remove after 2 minutes.
  • Delicious hot Mutton Tikkas are ready!
