A meeting of the Provincial Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Balochistan Assembly Speaker Abdul Qaddos Bizenjo where Finance Minister Mir Zahoor Ahmed Baledi presented the budget.

Provincial Finance Minister Zahoor Ahmad Baledi in his budget speech said that it was an honor and pleasure for him to present the third annual budget of Balochistan Awami Party and its allies in Assembly. The Finance Minister announced that a lot of money has been allocated for health, education and employment which will bring revolution in Balochistan.

It may be recalled that before the budget session, the Balochistan opposition, following in the footsteps of the federal opposition, especially the PML-N, turned the Balochistan Assembly into a battlefield. Despite the order of the High Court, the roads leading to the House were closed. The administration broke down the gate with the help of an armored vehicle.
