US NGO distributes bag packs at GGPS Chachro

United States (US) based non-profit organization, She Will Rise, distributes school bag packs to children of Government Girls Primary School (GGPS), Chachro.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, the She Will Rise Foundation strives to empower underprivileged communities across Pakistan by ‘promoting access to education for young girls’. The non-profit organization is known for providing clean water for Pakistani citizens belonging to underprivileged areas.

According to their website, She Will Rise believes in the “implementation of sustainable practices” as the most potent means of making a community successful, “To promote this ideal, schooling, along with other aspects that contribute to the natural and successful growth for all those involved, are centered around sustainability”.

Sabrina Khan, the founder of She Will Rise Foundation, is known for her passion for empowering the women of Pakistan. Though she grew up in the United States, she is a frequent visitor of Pakistan and has held many volunteer positions in the education and health sector, where she interacted with women experiencing hardship. These interactions inspired her to find the resources and platform to support Pakistani women and assist them with their endeavors. In the future, Khan hopes to partner with other organizations that support women on the ground in Pakistan.

According to Baaghi TV reports, the Boston-based “She will Rise” foundation, headed by Sabrina Khan, with the help and support of family and friends distributed nearly ninety bags with the help of Sindh Rangers.
