“Donate Zakat to Save Your National Hero”: Campaign
LONDON (21st Nov, 2019): Charity campaign has been started for former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif’s treatment in London.
According to reports of BaaghiTV, charity posters for Nawaz Sharif’s treatment have been hanged in different parts of London. Sources of Baaghi TV have confirmed that these posters have been hanged on several shops in East London.
Reportedly, these posters request to donate “sadqa and zakat to save tour’s Qomi hero.” It is believed that these posters may have been hanged by the large number of Pakistan community that resides in East London.
Be clear that, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif arrived in London on Tuesday to seek better medical treatment. He reached London in an air ambulance.
On the other hand, his doctor tweeted, “Former PM #NawazSharif had initial consultations with a team of experts who will manage him comprehensively, based at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital, King’s College London. A treatment and work up plan is being finalised for ongoing treatment.”
