Dec 23, 2021: In a significant development in the E-11 harrasement case of violence and blackmail against a couple, the local court in Islamabad has summoned the victim boy and girl for the next hearing.

The court has summoned both the boy and the girl to record their statements on January 4. The court said that after the statement of the victim boy and girl, they Will be cross-examined by lawyers, Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani issues summons.

The main accused in the case Usman Mirza and other accused are lodged in Adiala Jail. The statements of 15 witnesses in the case have been recorded so far and cross-examination has been completed. Islamabad High Court has given Sessions Court time till February 28 A case of torture and blackmailing of a boy has been registered in Golra police station

Accused Usman Mirza and others have been arrested by the police. Cases have been registered against the accused. The victim girl and boy have since gotten married.

In the video received, it can be seen that the accused tortured and took off the girl’s shirt. Meanwhile, the girl kept begging them so that the accused would not come back. IG Islamabad Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman took immediate notice of the incident.

Earlier, Chief Justice Athar Minallah heard the case of sexual assault on E-11 boys and girls at the request of the parents of the main accused Usman Mirza. The court disposed of the petition as the petitioners had an alternative forum. The counsel for the parents of the accused told the court that the parents of the accused were not being allowed to meet him in the jail wo which the court said that they can file an application in the court of the concerned magistrate.
