The Islamabad High Court has issued instructions to the FIA ​​and PTA to detect people involved in offensive content on social media.

According to the report, a report was filed related to anti-Islam propaganda on social media in Islamabad High Court, for which a division bench comprising Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was formed which announced this decision consisting of four pages.

Islamabad High Court has said in its verdict on Wednesday that the FIA ​​and PTA should trace people involved in abusive behavior in social media.

The court has already issued a comprehensive decision on the same kind of petition regarding the insult of Prophet of Islam on social media. The court has ruled in the decision of Salman Shahid that the parties should ensure this decision. In the decision, it was said that no offensive content should be uploaded on social media and that the decision of the court in the case of contempt of Salman Shahid regarding social media is comprehensive and covers all matters.

The decision made by the Divisional bench of the Islamabad High Court said that its FIA ​​and PTA responsibility for the fact that they are strictly oppressed by the people involved in the scandal of Islam and the prophets on social media. The court said to FIA and PTA to quickly take action against people involved in abusive social media. It was that the court registrar office should not make partial content associated with the allegations of abusive material, to make a part of a public record. Regarding the verdict, the Registrar Office should be careful that the insignificant content associated with the offensive content is not a part of the public record.
