Saudi Arabia has allowed people living legally in the kingdom to buy property.

According to the Saudi Gazette, the Abshar Platform has set three conditions for foreigners residing in Saudi Arabia that are necessary to buy property in the kingdom.

The platform explained with the help of infographics that the facility allows residents to apply for a permit to own a single property within Saudi Arabia.

These are the three requirements that non-Saudis must meet to purchase a property.

– The foreigner must have a valid and active resident ID card (residence).

– The resident must provide all information about the property with a copy of the title deed.

– He should not have any other property in his kingdom.

According to Abshar, non-Saudis access the “My Services” service on the Abshar platform, then the “General Services” and then the “Application for Non-Saudis to own property.” You can go and apply.
