It was also found that Nazir Ahmed tried to rape a girl under the age of 16 at a party, he tried to assault a boy under the age of 14, and has been charged with allegations of rape concerning a girl under the age of 16.
According to reports, his brothers Mohammad Farooq, 70, and Mohammad Tariq, 65, have also been charged with indecent assault of a boy under 14 years of age. However, they are not able to appear in court for hearing.

Prosecutor Tom Little QC said the alleged victims “did not complain at the time”. “The people who were abused were too young to stop it and couldn’t do anything about it,” Mr. Little said.
When Nazir Ahmed was arrested, and questioned about the woman’s allegations, he denied the allegations in court.

Mr. Little also claimed that there was evidence that Lord Nazir Ahmed had acted this way before the age of 14.
The prosecutor explained that, at present, the law does not criminalize intercourse with children under the age of 14. Therefore, the crime of that time can no longer be punished.
