Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has said that freedom of press is necessary for a strong democratic society.
In her message on the International Day to End Impunity for Crimes Against Journalists, she said that journalists are protectors of social justice and voice of people.
Maryam Nawaz said the government is committed to fulfilling homeless journalist’ dream of having their own roof.
