Baaghi TV: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited Hagia Sophia to inspect the mosque’s preparations. A regular five-hour prayer will be offered at Hagia Sophia Mosque from Friday, July 24. The Turkish president will also offer Friday prayers in Hagia Sophia.

According to the details, after converting the historically important Hagia Sophia into a mosque, Turkish Recep Tayyip Erdogan reached Hagia Sophia and inspected the construction work of the mosque.

Authorities also briefed the Turkish president, who also posed for pictures in Hagia Sophia.

The Hagia Sophia Mosque will offer regular five-hour prayers on Friday, July 24, and the Turkish president will also offer Friday prayers at Hagia Sophia.

Following the court ruling, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has signed a presidential decree to convert Hagia Sophia from a museum to a mosque. After which the status of Hagia Sophia’s museum has come to an end and its control was taken over by the Turkish Department of Religious Affairs.
