GB Elections 2020: Maryam, Bilawal to meet over a cup of tea

Gilgit-Baltistan (GB): Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has invited the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto over a cup of tea this evening.

According to the details, leaders of both the parties are staying at the same hotel in GB in connection with the election campaign. Maryam Nawaz and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will meet today as leaders of both parties are staying in the same hotel during the election campaign.

The key points of the meeting will be the overall situation of the country and most importantly the GB elections. Earlier, PML-N contacted PPP and requested to meet Bilawal Bhutto after which the meeting was scheduled for November 11, 2020 (today) at 6 pm.

According to sources, PPP replied that Bilawal Bhutto has to address at different places, a meeting may be held tomorrow. However, PML-N sources said that Maryam Nawaz is scheduled to return from Gilgit tomorrow at 12 noon.

It may be recalled that PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari while giving an interview to BBC had said that naming the military leadership in Gujranwala meeting was a personal decision of Nawaz Sharif. We are waiting to see when Nawaz Sharif will present supporting evidence.

Bilawal Bhutto said that it would be a shock to hear Nawaz Sharif’s name directly in his speech, it was a shock to me because usually we do not talk like that.
