Gold prices fall across the country
LAHORE: The price of gold per tola has come down by Rs 200 across the country.
In Pakistan, gold prices are slightly different throughout the cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar, Quetta. But Karachi is the core of the gold market in Pakistan.
The gold rate in Pakistan is fluctuating according to the international market so the price is never been fixed. According to Sindh Sarafa Bazar Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in the country has come down by Rs 200 to Rs 19,800.
The price of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs 171 to Rs 94,136. According to the association, the value of gold in the global exchange market has decreased by 4 dollars to 1790 per ounce.
