Hamza Ali Abbasi took to social media to reveal the reason for him getting married. He wrote on Facebook, ”I planned to say this after 25th but since the news is already out so here i go. Yes i am deliberately using this public attention to Me & Naimal getting married to put a message across. I say these words with the sole intention that anyone who is going through the same turmoil & making the same efforts as me might take encouragement and get reassurance”.

He further wrote, ”When you realize that its not fairy tales & it is TRUTH that you have a Rabb (Almighty) & you will stand accountable in front of him after you die, it changes you. Your first priority becomes fixing yourself rather than changing the world. You look at your life and realize that many things you do that give you pleasure are the same things which cause displeasure to your Lord.”

He said the real purpose of life is to bow before the Almighty and leave every desires of yours for the will of Almighty. All our life, we kept pleasing Almighty and Almighty rewards us for our sincere efforts to please him.

He talked about different objectives, people have or want to achieve, through getting married, ‘Some people get married for themselves because either they fall in love or because their lonely or maybe because of family or to have kids, these are also good reasons, but believe me when your sole reason is to please Allah then Allah makes a man like me, who could never sustain anything emotional with the opposite gender, could never comprehend the idea of marriage in his head,”

Revealing his relationship with Naimal he wrote, she has been a good friend of him for two years and he told her he preferred to get married over having a ”(GF/BF non sense)” which she happily accepted and he urged the public to fix their Akhlaaq and regularly offer the prayers and completely bow themselves before Almighty. All the efforts should solely be aimed at pleasing Almighty. In this short life, we should be grateful for whatever Almighty has bestowed to us.

He concluded , ”So yes Me & Naimal are having our small Nikkah on 25th & a small Walima on 26th and then looking forward to a lifetime together in making efforts to please Allah together. Pray for us. Thank-you”.
