Heroin smuggling foiled at Islamabad Airport
Baaghi TV: An attempt to smuggle heroin at Islamabad International Airport has been foiled.
According to the customs officials, an attempt was made to smuggle 30 kg of heroin to UK. The heroin was being smuggled in an export consignment of clothes which was identified on the scanner.
Two suspects have been arrested for trying to smuggle heroin.
On the other hand, CTD conducted an operation in Hazar Ganji area of Quetta as a result of which 5 alleged terrorists were killed. Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists. Further investigation is underway regarding the killed terrorists.
