Hizbul Mujahideen operational chief Saifullah martyred in Srinagar

Srinagar: Hizbul Mujahideen operations chief Dr Saifullah has been martyred in Jammu and Kashmir by Indian security forces on Sunday.

Inspector-General of Police Kashmir Vijay Kumar told India Today TV that Saifullah, the chief commander of Hizbul Mujahideen has been martyred while his one associate has been apprehended alive in an encounter that took place in the Rangreth area.

He took over the leadership of the Hizbul Mujahideen after Riyaz Naikoo was martyred in May this year.
