Hot, dry weather likely to prevail in country

ISLAMABAD, Sep 14 (online): Hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country on Monday.

However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, lower Sindh and Gilgit Baltistan during evening/night.

According to the met department, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country. Weak Moist currents are affecting coastal areas of the country.

Hot and dry weather is likely to prevail over most parts of the country on Tuesday. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, lower Sindh and Gilgit Baltistan during evening/night.

Karachi receives a hot weather today as temperature reaches 38 degrees Celsius. Humidity in the air is 66%. Temperature can remain between 37 to 39 degrees Celsius till the next two days.

During past 24 hours hot and dry prevailed over most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in lower Sindh.

Yesterday’s Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): Turbat 43 °C, Sibbi and Bahawalnagar 42 °C.
