Lahore, 30th July: Pakistani actor and director Javed Sheikh hints at a possible collaboration to make films with Afghan actors in the near future.
According to details, senior actor Javed Sheikh on Friday hinted at making films in collaboration with Afghan actors in the near future.
His announcement comes after a day when Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that the two neighbors should expand cooperation beyond the traditional security paradigm.

Meanwhile, the inaugural session of the Pak-Afghan Media Conclave was attended by prominent journalists and personalities from Afghanistan, who were invited to hold a dialogue with Pakistani counterparts.
According to reports, Pakistan’s seasoned powerhouse performer, Javed Sheikh attended a two-day session of the Pak-Afghan Media Conclave at the Pakistan National Council of Arts. He highlighted that Pakistan and Afghanistan should have cultural exchanges as well.
While pointing out that the idea is just in its initial stages, Javed Sheikh said that he wishes to collaborate with few Afghan actors to make a movie in Pakistan.
Similarly, senior actor and director Usman Peerzada, who was also present at the session, said that Pakistan and Afghanistan should have collaborated over movies decades ago.
During the inaugural session, the federal information minister Fawad Chaudhry said that Pakistan and Afghanistan have always discussed security issues, but now is high time that they should work together in the fields of art and culture.
