Lahore, 22nd April: Britain’s Queen Elizabeth is managing ‘extremely well’ after the death of her husband Prince Philip.

Queen is doing quite well after her husband the Duke of Edinburgh passed away on April 9.

According to reports from the Mirror, since her beloved husband’s death, the Queen has been showered with love and support from her family and thousands of her loved ones.

An insider said, “She is coping extremely well. The Queen has been comforted not only by the love and support of her close family but by the many thousands of people who had so many wonderful things to share about her husband’s life and legacy.”

The Queen celebrated her 95th birthday yesterday, April 21, and expressed her gratitude to people.

She said, “On the occasion of my 95th birthday today, I have received messages of good wishes, which I appreciate a lot. While as a family we are in a period of great sadness, it has been a comfort to us all to see and to hear the tributes paid to my husband, from those within the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth, and around the world.”

Queen Elizabeth II thanked everyone on behalf of her family and herself for people’s support and kindness in recent days.

It is to be noted that Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip got married on November 20, 1947. During their 73 years of marriage, they had 4 children.
