According to reports of Baaghi TV, a mentally handicapped boy is being tortured and harassed by his fellow villagers in Okara. A sad video of a boy of around 14 years of age is circulating on social media showing a savage and brutal instinct of sick-minded cruels. The video tears at a heart and shows how lowly humans can behave misusing the disability of an innocent mind.
