Humans with inhuman behavior to a mentally-handicapped boy

Lahore, 6th September: A heart-wrenching video of a mentally handicapped child is being circulated on social media today.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, a mentally handicapped boy is being tortured and harassed by his fellow villagers in Okara.

A sad video of a boy of around 14 years of age is circulating on social media showing a savage and brutal instinct of sick-minded cruels. The video tears at a heart and shows how lowly humans can behave misusing the disability of an innocent mind.

The life of a mentally handicapped child is indigestible, and according to reports violence against the child has become a daily routine. Sometimes, the sick villagers make an attempt to throw him into a canal.

The video shows how that boy is tied to ropes behind a motorcycle and dragged on the rough surface of village fields. Not only do they stop here but it is evident from the video how they hit him frequently.

The boy can be heard crying bitterly for his mother. Is this how we treat humans?

How can humans think of taking advantage of such an innocent child with an innocent brain?

The person who caught the scene on his camera also luckily got hold of the number plate of the bike, which was LEO 929.

The incident took place at the Depalpur Tehsil, Okara District Shergarh village.

According to the latest reports the culprits have been caught by the Okara Police and put behind bars.

Such criminals should be given strict punishment in order to set an example for others so that they should think twice before performing such a heinous crime!
