Lahore: “Hypocrites cannot be well wishers for Muslims, mosques are inhabited only by believers”, Allama Haqqani, Allama Mousavi’s scholarly discourse in ramadan transmission.
Today is the tenth day of the Baaghi TV Ramadan transmission and the scholars are trying their best to guide the people by narrating the important topics of a para in a good and clear manner. According to former well-known religious scholar, researcher Allama Abul Shakur Haqqani and Allama Syed Hasnain Mousavi, they are giving a cursory yet comprehensive outline of the important events of the Qur’an.
In today’s transmission, Allama Abdul Shakur Haqqani, while narrating the important events of the tenth para, said that the main theme of this para is that it stated the rules of jihad against the polytheists and the People of the Book, and prevented the hypocrites from invading Tabuk, and distinguished between Muslims and hypocrites.
In addition, these subjects are mentioned in this para:
(1) The acquittal was declared from the polytheists with whom the Muslims had made a pact and they did not abide by their pact.
(2) The claim of the infidels of Makkah to be superior to the Muslims was rejected.
(3) The incident of Ghazwa-e-Hunain was narrated.
(4) The claim of the Jews that Hazrat Uzair (As) is the son of Allah was rejected and the claim of the Christians that Hazrat Eesa (AS) is the son of Allah was also rejected.
(5) The conversation between the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allaah be pleased with him) in the Cave of Thor during the migration was narrated.
(6) The specifics of Zakat were narrated.
(7) The incident of Masjid-e-Zarar was narrated and the virtue of Masjid-e-Qaba was narrated.
(8) The event of repentance of Hazrat Ka’b ibn Malik, Hazrat Hilal ibn Umayyah and Marara ibn Rabi ‘, who were not present in the battle of Tabuk, was narrated.
Allama Abdul Shakur Haqqani described the relevance of Surah At-Tawbah in relation to Surah Al-Anfal as follows: The relevance of Surah At-Tawbah to its predecessor, Surah Anfal, is that these two Surahs describe the external and internal principles of the Islamic state. The rules of peace and war, the conditions of true believers, infidels and hypocrites were described. The rules of treaties and covenants with other countries are mentioned
However, in Surah Anfal, Muslims are commanded to fulfill the treaties, and in Surah At-Tawbah, it is commanded that, if the disbelievers break the covenant. So let them break the agreement made with them. Also, in both Surahs, it was ordered to stop the polytheists from the Masjid al-Haram. Spending money in the way of God was encouraged. Jihad against the polytheists and the People of the Book has been discussed in detail and the characteristics of the hypocrites have been described.

Allama Syed Hasnain Mousavi while narrating the important events of Surah Tawbah said that:
In Surah At-Tawbah, Allah Almighty has commanded that whether it is ‘ghaneemat’ or any other wealth in the treasury, it belongs to Allah. Every wealth has to be distributed according to the method prescribed by Allah. One-fifth of the wealth accumulated in jihad is for Allah and His Messenger (SAW) and the remaining four are for the Mujahideen.
Sometimes good comes out of the bad, success requires perseverance and remembrance of Allah. Blessings are taken away due to sins, ingratitude and distance from religion. Muslims or non-Muslims do not betray anyone in their ‘amanat’ [safekeeping] because, it is a sin and is disliked by Allah.
Always be prepared for war. Spending one’s wealth in religion will be repaid in full. Allah helps the believers who follow the Prophet (SAW). The more patient you are, the more help you will receive because, help comes with patience and openness with hardship.
Immigrants and jihadists are true believers. For them is forgiveness and a generous provision.
Bismillah is not written at the beginning of Surah At-Tawbah. That is becuase the Prophet did not have it written as Allah did not send it down with the revelation of the surah. Bismillah is a symbol of peace and in this Surah peace is being sought from the polytheists by Allah Almighty. Allah and His Messenger (SAW) have nothing to do with the polytheists. If they repent, then there is salvation, otherwise there is a painful torment. Resettlement of mosques is not the work of polytheists.
It is the duty of the believers to pay Zakat and to fear Allah and to Jihad in the way of Allah, the Messenger (SAW) and to gain closeness to the most merciful, and other things are under necessity.
Everyone was ordered to go out and fight in the battle of Tabuk. There was no war, but everyone will be tested.
The status of the world is like the water on a finger that is taken out by drowning in the sea. What arrived was written for us. It is necessary to believe in destiny that every person gets his destiny. Expenses of Zakat include spending on the poor, the needy, the employees of zakat. Debtors are compelled in freeing the neck and the heart, for the sake of Allah, and are travelers.
