In the second semi-final of ICC World Cup 2019, England is set to chase 224 runs in 50 overs at Edgbaston to make it into final.

According to reports of Baaghitv, Australia won the toss and decided to bat first. Australian team was bowled out on 223 runs in 49 overs. Steve smith top scored for Australia. He played fighting knock of 85 runs of 119 deliveries. He was run out by Jos Butler. Alex Carey scored 46 runs. Chris Woakes and Adil Rashid picked up 3 wickets each. Jofra Archer picked up 2 wickets.

It is the 6th semi-final of Australia. Australia has won the World Cup five times in 1987, 1999, 2003, 2007 and in 2015. England has been runner up in 1992 World Cup and has qualified for semi-final for a long gap.
