Lahore, 25th April: The International Cricket Council (ICC) is being biased with India where the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches are still going on amid the record-breaking increase in coronavirus cases on daily basis. However, if things are to be observed, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was forced to cancel its Pakistan Super League (PSL) not quite a long ago in fear of COVID-19 cases surging in Pakistan.
