India’s international disinformation campaign against Pakistan in different parts of the world especially in Europe (EU) was highlighted by a Brussels-based non-governmental organization (NGO), EU DisinfoLab. According to the details, a European NGO that monitors fake news has revealed that India has been carrying out false propaganda against Pakistan through various fake networks for the last 15 years. After an investigative research by EU DisinfoLab, the NGO published a report entitled “Indian Chronicles” that brought to surface the extent of India’s disinformation campaign targeting Pakistan through fake news, false testimonies at the UN Human rights Commission and malicious propaganda involving the EU members of Parliament. 5th Generation Warfare, social media and propaganda Indian propaganda against FATF in Pakistan However, “Indian Chronicles” report laid bare a longstanding and extensive network of Indian attempts to specifically target Pakistan.
