Indian Govt busy in destroying the mainstream leadership in IOK: Report

Baaghi TV: According to the reports, Ilteja Mufti, daughter of PDP president and former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti, has said that “Pakistan intends to give a high civilian award to senior separatist leader Syed Ali Gilani and the Indian government is engaged in defaming and destroying the mainstream leadership in Jammu and Kashmir.”

“The mainstream leadership in Jammu and Kashmir is made up of people who have fought for India for 70 years,” she was quoted as saying by South Asian Wire. This is the mainstream leadership that has struggled for India for 70 years. Collective efforts to stem the tide of dissent in the mainstream are reprehensible.

The Pakistani Senate has unanimously passed a resolution to award the country’s highest civilian award, the Nishan-e-Pakistan, to veteran Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Gilani.

The resolution said that Syed Ali Gilani should be awarded the Pakistan Medal for his long services and sacrifices and his struggle should be included in the national and provincial curriculum. The resolution demanded that the university to be built near the Prime Minister’s House be named after Syed Ali Gilani.
