Iranian Foreign Minister on visit to Pakistan

Iranian Foreign Minister Jawed Zarif is on a two day visit to Pakistan. During his visit he met his counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

According to BaaghiTv resources,  Iranian Foreign Minister has arrived on a two day visit to Pakistan amid growing tensions between Iran and United States of America. He was received by Pakistani officials on his arrival in Islamabad.

During his visit , he will meet Pakistani civil and military officials. Upon his arrival to Foreign Office , along with his delegation , he was received by FM Qureshi. During the delegation level talks, matters related to Pak-Iran relations, regional security and of mutual interest were discussed. In the talks , FM Qureshi reiterated his desire to resolve all the conflicts through dialogue.

It must be remembered , it is third visit of Iranian Foreign Minister to Pakistan and the timing of this tour is extremely as tensions are growing up due to rhetoric chosen by US president Donald Trump.
