Kangana Ranaut gives yet another controversial statement on Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao divorce
Lahore, 6th July: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has issued a controversial statement on the divorce of Bollywood star Aamir Khan and his ex-wife Karan Rao.
Baaghi TV: Last week superstar Aamir Khan announced divorce from his wife Kiran Rao after 15 years of marriage.
Fans and fellow stars were astonished at their sudden decision to part ways.
In this regard, Queen of controversy, Kangana Ranaut also took to social media and released her statement to the media.
The actress who is known for speaking her mind said, “At one point In Punjab most families raised one son as a Hindu and another one as a Sikh, this trend has never been seen among Hindus and Muslims or Sikhs or Muslims, or anyone else with Muslims for that matter.”
She further expressed on her Instagram story, “With Aamir Khan’s second divorce I wonder in an interfaith marriage why children come out only Muslims. Why woman cannot continue to be Hindu? With changing times we must change this, this practice is archaic and regressive… if in one family if Hindu, Jain, Buddhist, Sikh, RadhaSwami and atheists can live together then why not Muslims? Why must one change one’s religion to marry a Muslim?”
It is to be noted that power couple Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao announced on July 3 to end their 15 years marriage. Together they have a son named Azad Rao Khan.
