Leads University holds 5th Convocation 2022

Lahore: Raja Yasir Humayun, the Provincial Minister of Punjab for higher education conferred degrees upon 600 plus graduates at the 5th Convocation of the Lahore Leads University held on 10th March 2022 at the Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore.

 

 

Hassan Khawar, a Special Assistant to Chief Minister Punjab was also chief guest on this special occasion.

A Chairman Lahore Leads University, Mian Zahoor Ahmad Watto, a Vice-Chancellor Professor Ashad Ahmed, and Saeed Ahmad Watto, Registrar, graced the Convocation with their presence. The Convocation was attended by graduating students and their parents, faculty members, educationalists, Scholars, and media representatives.
The Lahore Leads University had announced four categories of Medals. A total of 4 students, named as Razia Rasheed, Reema Khan, Rubina Shaheen and Sehar Chaudhary received founder Medals on the basis of outstanding academic performance. A total of 14 students had received Roll of Honor Medal, 7 students were certified with Distinguish Performance Medal, and 30 students had received certificates of Meritorious Medal.

 

 

In his welcome address Mian Zahoor Ahmad Wattoo, Chairman Lahore Leads University said that students were awarded with these medals after the consistent hard work in the time period of graduation. Today, as we celebrate the success of the faculty members and students at the 5th LLU Convocation, Lahore Leads University reflect the facts about higher education policies in these convocations, as, Higher Education has focus on the better and quality-based education for the society.

Giving and overview of academic progress made by LLU, Mian Zahoor Ahmad Watto said that today students are being taught by full time faculty members including professors and PHD scholars in 17 disciplines and wished them for their better career in their professions.

Chairman concluded his address by wishing good luck to graduating students for their bright future.

In his brief convocation Address, Raja Humayun, Honorable Provincial Minister of Higher Education congratulate the students with good wishes to enter in their practical and professional life. He said that he is happy to see that Lahore Leads University is progressing day by day in this competition world which is working for evolution. Quality is the only way and biggest input of human resource to succeed. As we have 30,000 computer scientists and we need to improve quality in public and private sector. It is good to hear that Lahore Leads University is playing vital role by producing quality based education.

Hassan Khawar, Special Assistant of Chief Minister of Punjab, appreciated the growing strength of Lahore Leads University. He acknowledges the pivotal role of Higher Education, LLU, and its faculty members. Work ethics, dependability and predictability are essential ways to success and glad to see that Lahore Leads University is progressing in this manner.

This Year degrees were awarded to the students from Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Business Administration, Commerce and Computer Science departments, Lahore Leads University.
