KARACHI,  July 16 (Online):  K-Electric spokesperson Adil Murtaza has said load-shedding is observed in those areas of Karachi where power pilferage occurs. Talking to a private TV channel here Thursday he said K-Electric  certain consumers are not paying their bills. Loadshedding is caused some time due to technical fault in lines.
