Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has resigned from the post of Prime Minster after the result of elections but will stay as an acting Prime Minister until the oath taking ceremony of next Prime Minister.
According to the reports of Baaghitv, Modi has sent his resignation to the President of India which has been accepted by the President Ram Nath Kovind. Along with him, his cabinet has also resigned. Until the selection of next cabinet and Prime Minister, Modi will remain acting Prime Minister of India. The oath taking ceremony of India is expected to be held on 30th May, 2019. In the General Elections, 2019 Modi’s party BJP along with his alliances has won 351 seats in Lok Sabha Parliament. Modi il visit the states of Veranasi and Gujrat from where he won the elections.
