Lahore, 18th June: More than 80 students of a school were abducted by armed assailants.
According to Nigerian government police, the attackers also killed a police officer during the abduction of students.
This is the third major kidnapping operation in the region in the last three weeks in Nigeria. The search continues in the nearby forests.

It is to be noted that this is the third attack on an educational institute in Nigerian by armed groups in less than a month, with the robbers allegedly seeking ransom.
