Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict, Azerbaijan to meet with the OSCE?
Fresh shelling in the Nagorno-Karabakh region foils plans of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister, to meet with leaders of the OSCE, as conflict continues post-failure to negotiate ceasefire. According to reports, Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov was set to visit the leaders of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s (OSCE) Minsk Group. However, fresh shelling in the region, prevented the first meeting of international mediators, from taking place in Geneva.
