Notification issued for reduction of fees in private schools
Lahore, 28th April: The Punjab government has issued a notification regarding the reduction in fees in private schools.
In this regard, an ordinance has been issued to the concerned secretaries. Earlier, Justice Amir Farooq of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) had disposed of the directive to send a petition to Para against the 20 percent discount in school fees due to lockdown.
The court, while hearing the petition of the private school Head Start, directed it to approach the regulatory authority para against the decision to reduce the fees by two months.
The Apex court said that the para should decide after hearing the position of the private school against the 20% discount in April-May fees. Earlier, the court had also ruled on a petition filed by the Private Schools Association.
