Lahore, 5th May: New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is all set to get married this year.
According to local media reports, New Zealand Prime Minister has not disclosed the date yet but hinted at a summer wedding.
New Zealand Herald said in its report that the NZ premier told Coast Radio that she and her partner television host Clarke Gayford have finally set a date for their wedding.
According to reports, 40-year-old Ardern got engaged to 44-year-old Gayford in 2019 during the Easter holidays.
Together they have a two-year-old daughter.
The wedding is planned for summer which comes in December and ends in February in New Zealand.
Jacinda Ardern has announced that she might not be having a traditional wedding as she feels ‘a bit too old to have a bridal party.’
It is pertinent to mention here that Ardern is the youngest prime minister to date in New Zealand who took her office in 2017 and is among the few elected leaders who held office while pregnant.
She has been highly praised for handling the COVID-19 outbreak in her country.
