Opposition will not Allow Unconstitutional Budget to Pass in Senate: Yousuf Raza Gilani

ISLAMABAD: Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani has made a big threat regarding the budget. According to reports, the Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani said that the opposition parties will not allow the unconstitutional budget to be passed by the Senate.

According to details, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Leader of the Opposition in the Senate, has said that according to the constitution, the budget cannot be presented till the distribution of NFC award.

He also said that the budget 2021 has no constitutional status as it was presented without the distribution of NFC awards, the 18th amendment to the constitution made the budget conditional on the distribution of NFC awards.

Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani further said that the opposition also walked out in the Senate yesterday against the unconstitutional presentation of the budget without the approval of the NFC award, adding that the PPP would not allow anything to happen against the Constitution of Pakistan.
