LAHORE, Feb 16 (APP): Pakistan Kabaddi team beat Indian team 43-41 in the final of the tournament to clinch the Baba Guru Nanak Circle Style Kabaddi World Cup 2020 at the Punjab Stadium here on Sunday.

The final match between the rivals was exciting and full of suspense and in both the halfs the teams continued to dominate each other on the points table. During this time, the Indian team and the administration also deliberately protested the decisions of the umpires which did not prove effective.

At the end of the second half, Pakistan defeated the Indian team by 41 points to win the title for the first time. The Indian team failed to defend the Kabaddi World Cup Circle Style Title. They have been the champion for six times but lost to Pakistan this year.
